My sister and I lived in this apartment complex for over 4 years. It's close to the park and ride and rent is cheaper than any place we looked at. It's a safe complex with cameras and one front door which has a code. The management is great and if you have any issues they are addressed quickly. We only moved out because of family medical issues. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I lived at Sunridge Apartments for one year and I loved it! The management was great and the people that lived there were very nice. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone living in the Kenmore area. I moved because I have a future spouse that lives across the country. I would have stayed here indefinitely.

We moved here 2 years ago and it has been a great experience. Other tenants are friendly and quiet for the most part. Units are good size and well taken care of. Hallways are vacuumed almost daily and are decorated for holidays. Feels like home!
